El Nido Purse

El Nido Palawan was by far the BEST summer destination I've ever been to. The beauty and serenity of God's creation was so breathtaking, jaw-dropping and pocket-emptying (lol). For a stingy seasonal wanderlust like me,  It was worth all my pennies and dimes.

So here's a summary of my expenses for 3D2N trip to El Nido Palawan:
  • Sommer Beach House to San Jose Bus Terminal via Tricycle  - P 50/head
  • San Jose Bus Terminal to El Nido Public Market via RORO non AC Bus  - P 294
  • El Nido Public Market to Rovics Inn via Tricycle  -  P 50 (shared by 4 or less passengers)
  • 3D2N Accommodation w/ breakfasts at Rovics Inn and Island Hopping (Tour A) w/ Lunch on Day 2 - P3400
  • 3 Meals at a Karinderya near the Catholic Church (1 Lunch & 2 Dinner)  -  P 300
  • Drinking Water good for 3D2N, snacks, toiletries  - P 300
  • Snorkeling gear - P100
  • Rovics Inn to El Nido Public Market via Tricycle   -  P 50 (shared by 4 or less passengers)
  • El Nido Public Market to Puerto Prinsesa Airport via Eulen Joy Van - P 500 (a friend did the negotiation that's why it was cheaper than usual)
          TOTAL         =      P  4,994

I'm planning to get a cheaper package that includes airport transfers on my next visit and probably stay longer and avail all Island Hopping and Inland Tours. So for now, its just me and my wishful thinking.

BE FIT

I am an ectomorph . I've been struggling about weight gain and building muscle mass. I've watched tons of fitness videos, even performed BFP dozen and run a maximum of 5km atleast once a week to be fit...but because i was too weak to lift weights and with the little knowledge i have about my body type, the entire routines --- including Insanity (w/o the weights), Hiphop Abs, Fitness Blender, Be Fit, Tone Up Tuesday, etc etc--- just stressed the heck outta me. I lost my appetite and burned the-only-muscles-that's-left-of-me instead.

What was even more traumatic is when nobody understood my struggles and people would just say "JUST EAT MORE"--- as if i never tried it.

So one day, while i was surfing for fitness photos i stumbled through an article entitled The Skinny on “Just Eat More” by

I was virtually nodding for every point that was explained-- it appears like the article was written for me. Though I have no plans to buy the "Boney to Beastly" Ebook, their articles online were very very helpful for the very few and "uninformed" ectomorphs.
