I get this feeling na murag walay miski isa sa akong listahan na ihatag ni LORD but I am still praying kay who knows? basin diay dibah? may na lang nag pray kaysa wala jud., atleast nag effort ko para makuha akong gusto.heheheheh

One Minute Witness

Here's my version of the one minute witness:

BC : Before [I committed to seek the LORD Jesus Christ], I was an extremely bitter person.  

TP: Then I met a person who was genuinely kind and patient towards difficult people like me. She was my classmate in college and a Christian. I had witnessed how she dealt with problems gracefully that it made me wonder how she did it. When she joined fellowships and bible studies conducted by a student Ministry based in my school (PSALM), I also decided to join with her. And that was the turning point of my life. After series of bible studies and worship gatherings, I accepted Jesus Christ as my LORD and Savior.

AD: From then on, I understood God’s love, grace and mercy.  I experienced His forgiveness, faithfulness and favor in my studies and relationships.  He enabled me to forgive myself and the people who had caused me to be bitter about life. By God’s grace I became cheerful and patient towards difficult people and circumstances. I was able to hold my temper longer than I used to. I know I could not have done it without God’s grace and the Holy Spirit’s leading.

If I had not met Christ: I would still be living a miserable life—wallowing in my past hurts and not having a peace of mind.  I praise and thank the LORD for rescuing me from that kind of life.  

Right now it is my also desire to share the hope and joy that I have with other people especially the ones I truly care about --- which includes you.

 As of the moment, I am still growing into becoming a better person; the kind of person God designed me to be, a person with a Christ-like character.

Going Organic

Since knowing i have benign cysts in both breasts, i thought about eliminating the synthetic products I used and replace them gradually with organic ones. So I started with the deodorant.

DEODORANT (TAWAS)

Dati I used Rexona anti-perspirant deo spray or deo lotion.

Pros: mabango and kahit sobrang pawis ko na from being physically active hindi pa rin ako nangangamoy. 

Cons: Dark UA

Then I switched to miniralized tawas stick (Synthetic: DeoNat from Watsons & Organic: Crystal from Healthy Options )

Pros: WALA AKONG MAISIP maliban sa ini-endorse xa ng Cancer Treatment Centers (Crystal Deo Stick)

Cons: di pa nangangalahati ang araw ang asim na ng amoy ko and it did not lighten my UA.

I also tried using Baking Soda. I don't smell after 8hrs pero lalong umitim ang aking UA.

So I finally ended up with TAWAS powder. It feels uncomfy knowing na maaaring ma-bleach ang aking shirts/blouse and maraming nalalaglag na tawas residue pero atleast it wont do much harm to my body and i wont smell mabaho.

SHAMPOO & CONDITIONER (Human Nature Moisturizing Shampoo and Conditioner)

I bought Daily Defense Argan Oil Conditioner pagkaubos ng aking Dove shampoo at conditioner. Kaso tumindi ang aking pimples so i stopped using it and switched to Human Nature Moisturizing Shampoo and Conditioner. Infairness kulang2x P600 ang nagastos ko pero so far sulit naman kasi di dumami ang aking flakes at pimples. Each bottle (500ml) lasts a month.

TOOTHPASTE (Human Nature Natural Toothpaste)

My first (breast) sonogram experience

I've been experiencing a burning sensation in my left breast. So i decided to go for a clinical breast exam. And here's the result:

Suprisingly, pain reliever lang ang nireseta ni dok. And i was suppose to avoid COFFEE. Kahit mahirap, I tried to lessen my coffee intake which eventually lessens the pain. Kaya lang habang tumatagal tumitindi ang aking struggles na iwasan ang kape. I really wanted these cysts to dissolve. Pero pano? Wala namang nireseta si dok para malusaw ang mga breast cysts ko.huhuhuhuhu
